The anodizing is an eletrolytic passivasion process used to increase the thickness of natural oxdide layer on the surface of metal workpieces.

Anodizing increases resistance to corrosion with wear, and provides better adhesion also dyeing. Anodized aluminum can also be dyed to produce colorful aluminum products.

At ZIP we provide anodizing and hard anodizing with many dyeing colors, such as red, blue, black and gold.

Our plating windows is 1,000mm. x 700mm.
